Working with Allegra is like working with a career and life coach, except it’s nothing like working with a career and life coach, it’s like working with a YOU coach.
I am entering a period of transition. I have spend ~40 years as a full-time corporate employee. I am now a part-time contractor and am eyeing stepping away from that in the “nearish” future.
Coming in to this YouMap® partnership I had an idea for the “next thing” which included possibly deriving income from my passion for helping others with health and nutrition questions. I came in looking for clarity as to what I wanted to do as I transition from corporate work. I had some ideas and thought I knew where, within those ideas, I wanted clarity.
This YouMap® partnership was Clarifying, Illuminating and totally different because it brings your strengths, skills, and values into one space. YouMap® plus Allegra adds the elements of her intuition, insights, wisdom, questions, and observations to not only answer the question you came in with but to invite you to see elements of yourself you may never have seen before and a new lens through which to observe your life and career. You may walk away with a new sense of self and purpose, I did.
Working with Allegra is like working with a career and life coach, except it’s nothing like working with a career and life coach, it’s like working with a YOU coach.
As a result of this work I feel like I know myself in a way I have not before. I feel empowered, calm, and confident. I now know that I can use my strengths and skills to live in my values, to use different strengths and skills in different ways and with a focus and intention on living my values. Also that I don’t need to have “the next thing” figured out - I’ll be exploring for a while!
I am walking away with a whole new idea of what my initial post-corporate life will look like and I could not be more excited! I came in looking for what I wanted to DO I am leaving looking at who I want to BE!
Coaching with Allegra is like putting on your best pair of reading glasses - the words go from fuzzy and vague to clear and sharp and focused.
